根據《明爾共和國憲法》 第 二 章 人民與權利義務 第 8 條：明爾共和國國籍得依下列方式取得：出生、歸化，或雙親有一人為明爾共和國國民。
明爾共和國開放民眾以歸化方式取得國籍。
為方便政府管理全國人口數據，自2023年3月1日起，凡欲歸化為明爾共和國國籍者，皆應填具本表單，由總統府綜合辦公室統一審理。您亦可於日後隨時修改您填答的資料。
According to Article 8 of Chapter 2 People, Rights and Obligations of the Constitution of the Republic of Minger: Citizenship of the Republic of Minger can be obtained in the following ways: birth, naturalization, or one of the parents is a citizen of the Republic of Minger.
